We had a wonderfully busy Summer and start to Fall. From working with a ton of great buyers to having the pleasure of listing some great houses for our seller clients. In Q3 we had $10 million in sales and we’re looking forward to stepping into the final quarter of the year.
A Few of the Highlights

19 Kensington Close in Spruce Grove was a property we listed and sold – it also happen to be one of Matt’s favorite listings to see this Summer.
We had 3 listings go live in Eve at Erin Ridge, a collaborative listing effort with Sam Elias of RE/MAX Professionals. Unit 5 was the first to be listed (and sell) and we still have Units 7 & 10 on the market.
