Sale prices across all market sectors contract over the month of November as we are seeing a definite market cooling. This is both a product of natural seasonal progression as families gear up for the holidays as well as coming off some historic spring markets. For perspective however, year over year sales prices for single family homes only exhibited a 0.6% decrease.

Highest sale for November was a bungalow acreage in Rural Sturgeon County exhibiting the first highest sale outside of the river valley core. Highest sale was a 3,700 sq ft penthouse in Symphony Tower.
