The Numbers

July 2023 Real Estate Market Statistics

Average
Sale Price

Benchmark single family pricing remains north of $500,000 again as we start to see the natural curbing and cooling of the spring market. Expect prices to start to fall a touch in August but not much.

Average
Days on Market

All market sectors are selling slightly faster than the yearly average which is surprising to see late in July. Homes are sitting in the classic 30-45 day window which portends to a balanced market. It would be reasonable to anticipate this remaining for August.
